We have a number of different options with our training sessions. I recommend that you get in touch with me via email, phone or face to face to give me an idea of your health and wellness goals set against your current exercise routine and dietary intake. This will allow me to suggest a focused plan designed to give you what you want.
- Personal Training – 30 or 45 minute sessions one on one with a personal trainer
- Group Personal Training – join up to three people who have the same focus as you in a 30 to 45 minute studio based training session
- Evolve Outdoor – Outdoor Group Personal Training of up to 20 participants exercising in the beautiful surrounds of Kings Park
